[add-art dev] released v0.8.4

Hey all did some with this morning. Hope y'all are had a good  
thanksgiving.

- I updated AdBlockPlus to the latest version (1.1.1)
- tested Add-Art on FF 3.6b4
- changed the install.rdf to max compatibility 3.6.*
- updated the version in addons.mozilla.com to 3.6.*
- submitted a new 0.8.4 version to addons.mozilla.com that has the new  
ABP1.1.1 and the changes (but 0.8.3 should work in the meantime until  
0.8.4 is approved)
- pushed all my changes to the github repository

Also, Charlie Stigler is working on getting AddArt to catch more  
scripted ads. Tricky stuff so if anyone has any ideas send them to the  
list. Charlie, maybe you could fill people in on where you are at and  
if we can help?
