[add-art dev] Drupal vs. Wordpress for Add-Art site

I'd vote WP, largely because so many of us have experience w/ it and
it can definitely do at least the basic version of everything we
require. Plus it's easier to get others started running their own
"gallery" on WP
Drupal's strict image requirements is nice, but it'll be deprecated by
the auto-sizing tool (or just vigilant admins)
