[add-art dev] Fwd: gallery-maker tool

ok, I got it uploaded here.

Just enough to get me excited!  Try it out - start by clicking upload  
and it will prompt you for an image.  (Had 1 hiccup as I tried it)

Tried to crop something and got an error when I clicked done:
> Fatal error: Call to undefined function newmagickwand() in / 
> home/.serpico/slambert/add-art.org/cropper/manipulation.php on line 19

Line 19 is:
> 	$magick_wand=NewMagickWand();

Alyssa, do you have the skillz to look at this?  Anyone else wanna  
take a stab at debugging?  Personally it's over my head.
