[add-art dev] moving add-art to github

Hey,

I wanted to move add-art from SVN to Git using github.  I tried their  
importer, but it didn't work out.  I could do it more crudely (losing  
our old changes) and bring in the tagged builds later.  But I wanted  
to see if anyone on the list had some experience and wanted to take a  
shot?

Also, no word from Wladimir on the changes to ABP that are preventing  
Add-Art from working. So, pizza party?  Or Rent-A-Coder?
