[add-art dev] gallery-maker tool

I attempted to test this, but didn't get very far.  As in, I don't 
believe I opened the application correctly because nothing happened.  
When I am in this week, talking with Ben, I was going to look for Jeff.

That's my udpate.  Let me know if anyone got any further.
