I was working on downloading a file last.  My bud aaron and I figured out
that one of our major problems is that we are an XPCOM component rather
than a plain vanilla extension.  This means that making calls to things
like xmlhttprequest are more complicado.
I think we see the end of the tunnel on it though.

When you think about hackering an xml file think about it with an eye to
the eventual downloadable xml file that we will want galleries to provide,
eh what old bean?
