[add-art dev] couldn't wait

I don't use the long instructions from there, though, I just used the  
Extension Developer Extension's "install dev mode", which is even  
easier and works great.

Following other suggestions on that page can be very useful though...  
enabling script javascript errors has produced substantially more  
missing javascript function call errors for ad insertion scripts on  
certain webpages, which might be helpful for scripts.xml additions.
