[add-art dev] remove .pl compile files?

There's also a page that Jeff mentioned that had info about creating a  
file w/ the internal extension name into your profile directory and it  
runs it straight from the dev directory, no compiling necessary.  
Something like {F39FE#*$NFAF} -- I haven't been able to find that page  
again, though!
