[add-art dev] Firefox 3 & add-art

Hey I made kind of an embarrassing discovery.
We are using XBL already.  whoops!

Look at addart.xml in chrome/content.

It's an xbl binding!

So we might be able to hack together something after all.  Looks like we
will just need to do a little digging on the subject.
