[add-art dev] add-art 0.4.5 out and about

We had a nice hack session tonight; many commits were made.

The most notable change was a push to get auto-updating working  
cleanly so that we can release a version of AddArt with images built  
in and then push out new shows just using automatic add-on updating.  
It's working great.

I also put together a wiki page on how to make a new release for  
reference:
