[add-art dev] Last Chance to Comment on Site Design!

The width on the content area (white area) is 890px. We can bump this  
all the way to 970px for larger pages as needed. The extension would  
continue to the right, meaning the logo and navigation links would  
stay justified to the left. Anything larger than 970-980 is might  
force a horizontal scroll for the "average" web viewer at a screen  
resolution of 1024px wide (plus scrollbar, browser border, etc.)

Height of course would flex to the page content, but I'd place a min- 
height of 350px or so to make the proportions of content area always  
appear larger than the header and footer areas.
