[add-art dev] fyi, add art not working for me

The Times doesn't get those top two all the time.  Looks like mine  
does fairly often.  If you refresh a few times it might catch them.   
Is this your experience.

On the Herald, we usually catch way more.

So, first install, it all went away?  'Cause that is odd.

There's been something about this on the forum, but it's hard to get  
enough info to understand what the problem is:
