[add-art dev] steak & beer

Tested this again just now in my machine in FF2.  Didn't get an  
update page on restart, didn't have an add-art pref in about:config.

Restarted again, then it worked.  Update page loaded in a new tab and  
pref is there.  This is very similar to what happened to us with the  
random mac we tested on at Eyebeam.  huh.

Anyone else tested this?
